T- 4 days until my West Coast Adventure!

In four days I will be leaving to head to the West Coast for the first time. Now seeing as I have never been to the West Coast, it only made sense for me to figure out a way to visit all three states at once.
On February 27th, I will be flying to Seattle and renting a car. I will then begin my journey down the entire coast on the Pacific Coast Highway. There are so many places I want to see, and so many things I want to do, but I haven't planned too much yet. All I know is I'll be getting in a rental car and driving. Me, myself, and I and the open road... What could be better than that?
Every time I begin to plan a trip I learn a lot. For starters, as much as we all love Google, sometimes just talking to friends and family provides the best research and best advice. Everyone will tell you to be careful, or usually in my case that I'm crazy, but recently, my uncle let me know about AAA's membership benefits, including discounts on rental cars and they have travel guides to help. Now I had been all over Google and Pinterest, looking up adventures and stops to make a long the way, but AAA helps organize it all into one. They also waive my underage rental fee, which is a huge help!
Tonight, I'm forcing myself to come up with a general plan, since my mind always wonders and dreams up all the adventures I can have on one trip. All I know is in four days I'll be hiking, climbing, bungee jumping, attending festivals, and staying in hostels. I can not wait to be a temporary nomad, a stranger in a new place!
I'll write again when I have things in order!
